Promo (Sebastian Hoff) started DJ-ing in 1992. As a beginning DJ without a permanent residency, he decided to organise his own events in local and sport clubs. With that Promo did two things at the same time. On the one hand he built up a name with the public and on the other hand he acquired new contacts within the hardcore scene.
