Biography
Atremus E. Henry is an Atlanta-based rapper who is related to fellow Atlanta superstar, Playboi Carti and is signed to YVL, Carti’s secondary record label. As of May 16th, 2025, ApolloRed1 has two studio albums released under the YVL label.
Apollo first gained traction in early 2024 with the release of "The Way Life Goes", sampling a Lil Uzi Vert song under the same title. Apollo would use this momentum to his advantage by releasing 2 singles, 2 EPs, and album in that same year. On his studio album, “The Summer I Turned RED,” songs like 00President and YVL anthem again received substantial streams, racking up around 15k streams on Spotify each.
The following year, Apollo released Arm N’ Leg on January 30th, the lead single to his upcoming Ep titled Tantrum. The song uses the instrumental to the unreleased Playboi Carti song, “Arm N’ Leg.” It is unknown if the song was cleared for release by Carti. 3 days later, he released the single, Drug Love Demo. This did not appear on the upcoming EP. 12 days later, the song October Nights was officially released. This was the last of the singles for Tantrum.
The 5 song EP Tantrum released on March 10th. The EP features Apollo’s biggest song, RedFlag, featuring Nine Vicious. The album has 143k streams as of May 16th, 2025. The first week sales are unavailable.
On May 5th, Apollo features on DJ PHAT’s song “Rag3r.” Not long after this release, ApolloRed1 announced his next studio album, “Midnight Blassic.” The Trackist and producers for the album were released on ApolloRed’s X (formerly known as Twitter) account. Fan’s speculated that this album would be released under the Opium label, but it was released under the official Playboi Carti label, “Young Vamp Life.” On May 16th, the album Midnight Blassic released. There were no features on this album.
