"Memory of a Day" is the fifth studio album by the American electronic rock duo Phantogram, released on October 18, 2024, by Neon Gold Records. The album was produced by band members Josh Carter and Sarah Barthel, along with John Hill, Jennifer Decilveo, and Sam de Jong.
Josh Carter mentioned that "Memory of a Day" was inspired by the period of isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic, which reminded them of their childhood in upstate New York.
The album received positive critical reception. The Tennessean highlighted that "Memory of a Day" brings out one of the duo's best qualities: their unpredictability.
