Teodora Špirić, professionally known as Teya and formerly as Thea Devy, is a Serbian-Austrian singer-songwriter. Her debut single under the old artist name, Waiting for, was released in 2018.

At the end of 2019, she applied to represent Austria at Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with the song "Judgement Day", but the internal selection chose Vincent Bueno instead. She then submitted the same song to Serbia's national selection Beovizija 2020 under the title Sudnji dan and qualified for the final, finishing in 1st place with 57 points.

In 2021, she participated in the fifth season of the Austrian talent show Starmania, making it to the top 8, but then getting eliminated in the final. Later this year, she released a song with the Croatian singer Ninski titled Runaway (Stay), using the stage name Teya.

In 2023, it was announced that Teya will represent Austria at that year's Eurovision Song Contest with the outstanding banger and masterpiece Who the Hell is Edgar? with Salena, whom she met during her time as a Starmania participant. The song was released on March 8 and qualified for the grand final, in which it placed 15th.

Teya had also co-written the Austrian Eurovision 2025 representative JJ's song Wasted Love, which ended up winning the competition, and Malta's 2025 national selection participant Kristy Spiteri's song Heaven Sent.

Her vocals are also included in the song Bite Marks for League of Legends.
