Defeated Sanity é uma banda de Technical Brutal Death Metal, formada em Berlin, Alemanha em 1994. Originalmente como um projeto paralelo do guitarrista Wolfgang Teske e seu filho, o baterista Lille Gruber . Gruber é o único membro original ainda na banda, após a saída de Teske em julho de 2008.
